Tarnhelm (3pp)

Wondrous item (helmet), legendary, requires attunement

This elegant helmet is adorned with jewels and lined with platinum. As an action, you can polymorph into a beast form that resembles one of the following:

A Half-Dragon: You grow a set of wings that lets you fly 50 ft, and once per turn (max of 3 times) you can create a line of fire (5 x 30 feet) that deals 2d6 fire damage, Dexterity save DC 14/half damage. A grumpy-cat: you turn into a small but ferocious cat. You gain darkvision and gain Advantage on all Dexterity checks. When turning into a grumpy cat, your equipment falls to the ground. A half-spider: you grow extra spider-like legs allowing you climb 40 ft without hindrance. As an action you can spit a web like goo (range 30/60 ft) using your dexterity modifier to your attack roll (max of 3 times); the target of the web cannot move until it can cut itself free. As an action, the restrained creature can make a DC 13 Strength check, escaping from the webbing on a success.

Your statistics are the same in each form, except for the changes noted. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. You revert back to your true form if you die.

You may polymorph yourself this way once per long rest.

Darkvision: you can see in the dark within a specific radius. you can see in dim light within the radius as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
