Hydraulic School (Wizard Tradition)

The Hydraulic School can be taken by a wizard of any arcane tradition.

Replacement Powers. The following school powers replace the normal Arcane Tradition features gained at 2nd and 6th level.

Pressurized Blast

Starting at 2nd level, you can unleash a blast of pressurized water as an action. You make a ranged spell attack against a target within 30 feet. On a hit, the target takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. If the target is underwater, a failed stuns them. If the target is not submerged, a failed save knocks them prone.

You can use this ability three times, regaining expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

Water Form

Starting at 6th level, you can transform into a puddle of water as an action. This acts like gaseous form, except you gain a swim speed of 60 feet instead of a fly speed, and can enter bodies of water.

When within a body of water, you are heavily obscured. When moving through a pipe or narrow space no wider than half your space, you can move at your swim speed, regardless of which direction the space travels. This ability lasts for 1 minute or until you end it early as a bonus action.
