Imbiber

Some alchemists focus almost solely on substances for their own use, whether through a lack of test subjects or the belief that others are not worthy of their creations. Imbibers are widely considered to be insane, pushing their own physique to its limit with alchemy.

Many imbibers suffer from drawbacks, these can be as subtle as mood swings or as debilitating as addictions or insanity. Despite this, none question their effectiveness and the results speak for themselves when a previously frail person crushes someone into the cobblestones within moments.

Transfiguration Elixir

Beginning at 3rd level, you have perfected a unique elixir that transforms you. You can use your bonus action to imbibe your transfiguration elixir, the catalyst that starts your metamorphosis. For 10 minutes, you gain the following benefits.

Your muscles harden as your veins course with the transfiguration elixir. While you are under this effect and are wearing no armor and not wielding a shield, your AC equals 10 + your Constitution modifier + your Intelligence modifier. Your hands become claws or hardened fists (your choice when you gain access to this feature) and deal 1d10 + your Intelligence modifier damage of the appropriate type: slashing for claws, bludgeoning for hardened fists.

You lose the ability to speak for the duration as alchemical liquids froth from your mouth.

After the transformation ends, you gain one level of exhaustion.

Extra Attack

Beginning at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Transfigured Constitution

At 10th level, the increased potency of your elixir bolsters your physical prowess.

While under the effects of your transfiguration elixir, you have advantage on Strength ability checks and saving throws and can add your Intelligence modifier to the rolled result. Your size category increases by one size, from medium to large for example. Whenever you make a long or high jump, you can add your Intelligence modifier to the number of feet you cover, even when making a standing jump. This extra distance costs movement as normal.

Apex Formula

At 14th level, you have perfected your transfiguration elixir. Your transfigured form gains a new ability in the form of a powerful ground slam. As a bonus action, you strike the ground, each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 12d8 thunder damage, taking half as much damage on a success. On a fail, they are also stunned until the start of your next turn.

You can use this feature an amount of times equal to your Intelligence modifier.
