Path of the Warlord

Not every barbarian is a loner, trying to take on the horrors of the world single-handedly. Some excel at organizing people in combat, and helping their side achieve victory, often against overwhelming odds.

Warlords not only help motivate their allies, but they have sound tactical strategies, which provide them and their allies with a path to victory. Simply having a barbarian warlord on your side in a battle is enough to tip the odds in your favor.

Inspire Carnage

Starting at 3rd level, your courageousness inspires your allies to fight more ferociously. When you are raging, any allies attacking the same target as you receive a bonus to their attack equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum +1).

Inspire Carnage ends when your rage ends.

Hold the Line

Beginning at 6th level, you help utilize the front-line warriors in the party to protect the more vulnerable members. When you are raging, allies adjacent to you and in melee combat gain 1d4 to their Armor Class. This effect ends when your allies leave squares that are adjacent to you, or when your rage ends.

Reckless Charge

Beginning at 10th level, your allies gain a benefit to attack when charging the same opponent. Once you have engaged in combat, if an ally moves 10 ft. or more and engages the same target as you, they gain advantage on their first attack against that target. This applies only to their first attack against that target. The same ally may gain this benefit multiple times, provided that they fulfill the movement requirement. This effect works in addition to Inspire Carnage.

Strength in Numbers

Beginning at 14th level, the attacks you and your allies make against the same opponent deal devastating damage. When raging, any allies attacking the same adversary receive a bonus to their damage equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum +1). This effect ends when your rage ends.
