ABOUT

A concerned paladin counts all his party members as they emerge from a trek through the swamp. The adventurers realize one companion is missing. Then their bearded leader notices several spikes in the cleric’s chain mail. Frowning, the older man declares that a bog hopper is at work.

Swamp Stalker. This odd fey creature spends its time hunting in swampy terrain. It is a carnivore and will feed on insects, beasts, humanoids, and any other available meat. They can attack with their horn, jaws, or by shooting poisonous spikes.

Dark Cover. Bog hoppers prefer to hunt in dimly lit areas or at night. These stealthy monsters like to lurk in the water or thick foliage and listen for the movements of any prey.
