  • Keen Hearing and Smell. The corpse wolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell. The corpse wolf has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the corpse wolf’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.
  • Ravenous. If the corpse wolf makes a successful melee attack against a target, it can use its bonus action to make a second melee attack against the same target with advantage.


  • Pestilent Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage plus 5 (2d4) poison damage. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or become infected. An infected creature has disadvantage on skill checks until it is cured by magic such as lesser restoration or heal.
