  • Change Shape. The kobold prophet magically polymorphs into a young chromatic dragon, following the rules of the polymorph spell, but ignoring its challenge rating restriction. Roll a d10 to determine the dragon’s color: 1–2: black, 3–4: blue, 5–6: green, 7–8: red, 9–10: white.
  • Command Dragon. One young dragon or wyrmling under the control of the kobold prophet can use its reaction to make a bite attack.

Taking on some of the powers of manipulation dragons are famed for, prophets may not be the most popular priests with the general population, but are usually cunning enough to worm their way closer to the dragon.
