Aberrant Foe

Most of your hostile encounters involve aberrations.

Effect: You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20
• Whenever you make an Intelligence (Arcana) check related to the origins of an aberration, you are considered proficient in the Arcana skill and add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of your normal proficiency bonus
• You have advantage on attempts to escape grapples from a creature grappling you with a tentacle or similar appendage
• You have advantage on saving throws against effects from an aberration that inflicts a condition on you. This does not apply to the aberration’s spellcasting.
