Cerebrogenerate

The grat’tal can attack with its tentacles and siphon healing energy from opponents.

Prerequisite(s): Grat’tal race

Benefit(s): As an action, the half-brain gorger can make a melee attack with their tentacles. If successful, they deal its normal damage and drain one Hit Die from the target. Using the target’s hit die, recover hit points equal to the rolled amount (disregarding their Constitution modifier). This may be performed on any creature with remaining hit dice or on any creature that has not been dead for longer than 1 hour. Assume dead or defeated creatures have 1 remaining hit die.
