You have an affinity for the chilling mist that accompanies freezing tundras and snowstorms. Your eyes, which glow a magical hue of blue when seen in the dark, grant you the following benefits:

• Your Wisdom score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20. When you are in an area that is partially or heavily obscured by fog, rain, snow, or mist, you can see through the interference normally out to the range of your darkvision.
• You can cast the spell misty step (requiring no spell slot or components) a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining expended uses when you complete a short or long rest.
