Restriction: A character may only have one fey soul feat.

Summary: You have learned to tap into your fairy soul to gain a more permanent form of magical flight.

Prerequisite(s): Changeling: pixie sub-race

Benefit(s): You gain a pair of wings (your choice on type) that grant you a fly speed of 30 feet. You cannot fly using these wings if you are wearing heavy armor.
