Poison Mastery

Prerequisite(s): Proficiency with poisoner’s kit

The use of poisons is second nature to you. You gain the following benefits:

  • You add double your proficiency bonus on any checks relating to a poisoner’s kit or using a poison.
  • When you make a weapon attack with a piercing or slashing weapon, you can apply an injury poison (such as a basic poison), without using an action. The poison must be reasonably accessible (in hand, in a belt pouch, in a vial kept around your neck, using a customized weapon with a poison channel, et cetera).
  • If you score a critical hit with a poisoned weapon, a creature that fails its saving throw takes double damage from the poison.
