Speed Burst

Drawing on emotional reserves, training, or force of sheer will, you have learned to work more quickly — but you cannot sustain this speed. Once per long rest, you may use haste, as per the spell, even if you do not have spell slots available. This use of haste can only target yourself, but the other effects remain the same, including the inability to move or take actions until after your next turn once the spell ends.
