The blade of goblinslaying is an ancient and prestigious weapon. The blade is made of mithril and engraved in dwarven geometric patterns and runes inlaid with gold. A deep medial groove separates the runes from the blade edge.

This +2 magical shortsword was designed to slay goblinkind and does an extra 2d6 damage to all orcs and goblinkind.

When goblins, hobgoblins, bugbears or norkers are within 50 feet it glows faintly white.
