Radiates: Evocation and necromancy magic.

Power: When you hit a living creature with this weapon, you force it to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature’s movement speed is halved and it takes 1d4 piercing damage at the beginning of every turn. This damage continues until the creature succeeds at a Constitution saving throw, is magically healed by any means, or dies. Constructs, oozes, plants, undead, and creatures without blood are immune to this effect.
