Boots of the Stonecaster

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a fighter)

These heavy boots are made of rich brown leather set with brass accents, emeralds, and mystic symbols.

Radiates: Abjuration, evocation, and transmutation.

Power: You ignore difficult terrain.

Power: You gain the stonecunning racial trait of a dwarf.

Power: You gain the stonecaster reaction. Whenever a hostile creature becomes adjacent to you, you may cause the ground to rise up underneath it. If the creature fails a Dexterity saving throw, it shoots 10 feet up into the air and takes 1d6 falling damage and is knocked prone. You may use this power once per encounter.

Power: You may cast spike growth or thunderwave.
