This cloak appears to be made of tightly entwined tendrils of living ivy.

You have +4 on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to Hide within forest terrain while wearing it. In addition, when an opponent attempts to grapple you, a multitude of needle-like thorns extends from the ivy, dealing 1d6 damage to the grappler and giving you advantage on all checks to avoid or escape the grapple. This ability does not function against Huge or larger opponents or opponents in heavy armor.
