The ornate silver brooch holds a dark red ruby in the center. When worn, the ruby emits wisps of faint black smoke. When attuned to the brooch, the wearer cannot be possessed by Aberrations, Celestials, Elementals, Fey, Fiends, or Undead, and has advantage on Wisdom saving throws.
