This headband of twisted, multicolored wire aids spellcasters in unleashing their favorite destructive blasts. Three times per day when the wearer casts a spell that affects an area and deals hit point damage, they can enhance that spell in one of the following ways:

• Increase the save DC by 1.
• Increase the damage dealt by one die.
• Increase the radius of a sphere by 5 feet.
• Increase the length of a cone by 5 feet.
• Increase the length of a line by 10 feet.

Circlet of the Imperial Dragon

This green jade circlet is formed in the likeness of a coiled dragon biting its own tail and is inlaid with shards of pure dragon horn. While adorned, you are able to speak and understand the Draconic language, gain darkvision 60 feet and immunity to the frightful presence of dragons. As an action, once per day you may activate frightful presence similar to that of a dragon in a 30-foot radius. The save DC of this frightful presence is 8 plus your Wisdom and Charisma modifiers. The effects continue for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). Any creature who fails can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If you belong to a class which grants ki points, you can extend this duration as a reaction by expending one ki point for each additional round. The construction of this circlet makes you vulnerable to the mental influence of dragons, however. You suffer disadvantage on Wisdom skill checks and saving throws when interacting with them.
