This circlet allows the wearer to create a metaphysical connection between separate sources of power. As an action, you may transfer points between two different class features that give a pool of points that refill on a short or long rest such as Ki Points or Sorcery Points. This requires 2 points from 1 pool of points to gain 1 point in the other pool.

You can use the circlet on yourself if you have more than one such pool, or you can donate 2 points from any pool(s) you possess to allow an ally to regain 1 point from one of their pools.
