This purple cloak of protection smells of soil.

Radiates: Abjuration, evocation, and transmutation.

Power: You gain darkvision (60 feet) that is not impeded by magical darkness.

Power: While worn, you are under the effects of a permanent nondetection spell.

Power: You may pass without trace at will (self only).

Power: You may cast darkness or moonbeam as per the Magic Item Powers Per Day rules on page 7.
