Cloud-Stepping Shoes

When Sun Wukong harassed the dragons for their treasures, the Black Dragon of the North, Ao Ming gifted these shoes to appease him. As an action, you may leap directly upward into the clouds. Depending on elevation, this can take up to one minute. When you reach the clouds, you are able to walk on them and bounce between them rapidly at double your walking movement speed. When you jump down, you float harmlessly to the ground at the same speed you rose. Once you have used this ability, you cannot use it again until you take a long rest.
