This tiny vial of nearly colorless but faintly cloudy fluid can be dropped into a creature’s eyes as an action, granting that creature the ability to see without difficulty through fog, mist, and clouds, as well as weather effects like rain, sleet, and snow. For 1 minute after applying cloudgazer drops, the user’s eyes are covered with a swirling white mist, but they treat areas of mist and precipitation as if they were not obscured.

One vial of cloudgazer drops contains 5 uses. As an action, the user can apply the entire vial at once, gaining the benefits of the drops for 1 hour.
