Demonskull Talisman

This small, angular, bestial skull appears to be the actual shrunken skull of a fiendish creature, with horns and sharp teeth. It is the unholy symbol of Ochremeshk, the Demon God. The talisman is a gift from Ochremeshk himself, giving you advantage on any one roll of your choice. When you use this property, you can also roll a d10 and add the number rolled to either of your d20 rolls. After one use, the talisman turns to powder.
