Gnarlthorn Rod

Rod, very rare (requires attunement)

This gnarled rod of twisted bramble vines is topped with an enormous thistle, surrounded by writhing nettles and thorns. A gnarlthorn rod can be wielded as a +1 morningstar, though you may treat it as a club or morningstar for the purpose of weapon proficiency and other effects, whichever is most beneficial to you. The gnarlthorn rod deals 1d6 piercing damage on top of its normal damage due to its thorns, but only once per round. A creature hit by the gnarlthorn rod must attempt a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take a -1 penalty on all Dexterity checks and saving throws and on attack rolls that use Dexterity from the lacerating thorns and stinging spines. This penalty is removed when the target completes a long rest and can be removed by any effect that removes exhaustion.

Epic Attunement. You can cast each of the following spells individually, with a DC of 8 + your Wisdom bonus + your proficiency modifier: entangle, spike growth, and wall of thorns. Once you have cast these spells, you must complete a long rest before casting them again.
