This headband of woven gold threads bears small crossed arrow symbols all around the outside. The headband has three charges and regains three expended charges daily at dawn.

As a reaction when hit with a ranged weapon attack (such as a throwing axe, arrow, or crossbow bolt), you can expend a charge and attempt to deflect or redirect the missile. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10 + 5.

If you reduce the damage to 0, you can make a ranged attack with that weapon or piece of ammunition you just caught, as part of the same reaction. You make this attack with proficiency, regardless of your weapon proficiencies, using the attack bonus of the creature who attacked you with the missile, and the missile has a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet.
