Hellfire Cloak

This crimson cloak appears to be made of loose knit wool, sparks sometimes dance between its fibers, begging to catch fire.

This cloak grants resistance to fire damage. In addition, three times per long rest, you may remove the cloak, losing the fire resistance, and command the cloak to turn into a fire elemental. This fire elemental exudes a hellfire aura that deals 1d4 fire damage and 1d4 necrotic damage to creatures within 5 feet. The cloak maintains this form for 1 minute, until destroyed or until commanded to return to its original form as a standard action. The elemental recognizes its controller’ s enemies and unless otherwise directed will approach and attack the nearest foe each round.
