This round wooden shield is emblazoned with the icon of a towering lighthouse standing sentinel over a seacoast shore. The shield provides you with a +1 bonus to AC, in addition to the shield’s normal bonus to AC. In addition, as a bonus action you can cause the lighthouse emblazoned on the shield to shed bright light in a 30-foot cone or a 60- foot line, with dim light in all squares within 10 feet of the bright light. Within the area of bright light, fog, mist, and gas do not obscure vision. The area of light is stationary.

If you move, the area of light lingers in place until the beginning of your next turn and then disappears.
