The lotion of pure filth covers the user in a sticky coat that resembles mud or grease. This layer prevents contact with any of the filth or debris in a sewer, swamp, or dungeon, rendering the user immune to contact poisons, disease spread by touch, and even sticky spiderwebs-all such things slide off the layer of protective filth for 4 hours or until scrubbed away with clean water.
