When you attune to this armor, you become proficient in its use.

Additionally, as an action, the coat can be turned inside out, causing its physical appearance to change to match your desires, however, it always resembles a long coat of some type. This grants advantage on ability checks made to hide in a crowd. Finally, as an action when you have 0 Sorcery Points, you immediately gain 2. You can use this ability once before needing to complete a long rest in order to use it again.
