Mask of the Blood-Drinker

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by an evil creature)

This mask is crimson in color and covers your entire face except for your mouth. You do not age so long as you consume at least one gallon of blood every 24 hours. If you consume blood in excess of this, you become younger by 1 day equal to the number of individual sentient victims you drink blood from.

You can only consume blood from an individual victim to become younger once before needing to complete a long rest to gain usage of this ability again.
