This metal medallion is forged as a gibbering mouther.

Radiates: Abjuration and conjuration magic.

Powers:

• You gain resistance to poison damage.
• You may cast poison arrow once per short or long rest. This functions exactly like acid arrow, but deals poison damage instead.

Special: If you worship a god or patron associated with assassins, snakes, spiders, or other venomous creatures, this item serves as a holy symbol and you gain immunity to poison damage. This item creates consecrated/desecrated ground.
