Mud Cream

Potion, uncommon

When this sludgy ointment is applied, your skin is covered with oozing brown mud for 1 hour. Your features and equipment remain fully functional but are covered with mud and cannot be seen clearly, though your size and general body shape (humanoid, quadrupedal, etc.) can be determined.

You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in forest, jungle, and swamp terrain and in natural caves and you have disadvantage on such checks indoors or in urban terrain, unless you are in an area that reasonably would be muddy, such as a garden or garbage heap.

While using mud cream, you have advantage on Strength (Athletics) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks made to resist or avoid a Grapple or Shove and you have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, and poison damage dealt by Tiny creatures (including swarms of insects). Your movement is not slowed by mud or swampy terrain, though you may need to swim if water is deep.

At any point while the mud cream is active, you can cause your body to merge with an existing mass of earth or mud, much like meld into stone but cannot be used to enter solid stone. You can remain within the earth for up to 1 hour. When you exit the earth, the effects of the mud cream end.
