Noam’s Amulet

While wearing this amulet, other creatures on the same plane of existence as you are unable to pronounce or spell your name correctly. In addition, electronic devices within 10 feet of you, including devices in your possession, begin to malfunction.

The GM can choose an effect from the following table, determine it randomly, or create an effect.

01—30 The device shuts down and must be restarted while outside of the amulet’s area.
31—70 The device ceases to function while inside of the amulet’s area.
71—99 The device experiences an electrical surge. Each creature within 5 feet of the device must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 lightning damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
00 The device shuts down and is damaged beyond repair.
