The head of this spear is deadly sharp, despite the rust and slimy residue on it that always accumulate no matter how well it is cleaned. When you hit a creature with this magic weapon, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or contract the sewer plague disease. After the attack, the spinner flies up to 60 feet and tries to return to your hand. If you have no hand free, it falls to the ground at your feet.
