Resplendent Robe

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a bard)

This magnificent garment contains powerful magic of the spirit, embodying spectacular showmanship and scintillating performance. The robe is always immaculately clean, as if freshly laundered and pressed. Even if it becomes soiled or stained, you can refresh its appearance as an action.

Your words are made inspiring while wearing the robe, helping to revive body and mind. If you perform for your allies while they take a short rest, requiring a DC 14 Charisma (Performance) check, each ally regains an additional 4 hit points.

In addition, the resplendent robe has 3 charges, and you can call upon its power to cast the following spells, requiring the indicated number of charges: charm person (1 charge), irresistible dance (2 charges), or dominate monster (3 charges). The spells use your own spellcasting DC, increased by +1 if you use a bonus action and succeed on a DC 14 Charisma (Performance) check. The resplendent robe has 3 charges and regains 1d3 charges each day when you complete a long rest while wearing it.
