Ring of Returning

Ring, uncommon (requires attunement)

This ring is crafted from overlapping bands of several different precious metals. Once per day when you use a teleportation effect, you can attune the ring of returning to your point of origin. At any point within one minute of leaving that location by teleportation, you can return to your point of origin as if you had cast the same teleportation effect you used to leave it, with no chance of error or arriving in a different location. The ring of returning only returns you to your point of origin; other creatures that traveled there by teleportation do not return with you. A familiar, animal companion, or similar creature may accompany you when you return, as long as it is touching you. If 1 minute passes without activating the ring of returning, the power fades and its ability cannot be used.

Epic Attunement. You can stay up to one hour at your destination before activating it, and you may choose to bring back some or all of your companions that accompanied you with the original teleportation effect back to your point of origin. All creatures returning with you must be touching you.

If you are under an effect that blocks teleportation, you may make a Charisma saving throw against the caster’s save DC in order to negate that effect.
