This strange ring bears a crystal that appears to contain one or more eyes. Whenever it is not directly stared at, the ring seems to peer about curiously. The wearer of the ring treats their passive Perception as 2 points higher. They also have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) and Intelligence (Investigation) checks to perceive something that can be seen, including detecting traps, and has advantage on Knowledge (Arcana) checks made to detect magic traps.

If the wearer triggers a trap while examining it, as a reaction they can gain resistance to any damage dealt by the trap. This ability cannot be used again until the wearer completes a long rest.
