This curved +1 scimitar is crafted for the use of elite cavalry troops. When you are mounted and attack a Medium or smaller creature that is not mounted, it functions as a +2 scimitar, and on a critical hit the target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. If the target fails this save, as a bonus action you can direct your mount to make one claw or hoof attack against the same creature.
