Hidden within this sturdy oak walking cane is a magical rapier. You can draw the blade from the cane to use it as a rapier as part of your attack action. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with the blade.

When holding the sword, you can use an action to cause the sword to emit an unsettling wail and cast fear (spell save DC 15). Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until dawn the following day.
