The Dreaming Apothecary makes these +1 crossbow bolts specifically for the Sisterhood of Silence and by agreement will not sell them to anyone else. Any humanoid struck by one of these bolts must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15) or be stunned for 1d4 rounds.

Once the bolt hits a target, it is no longer magical.
