When you attune to this vest, you can use your action to stabilize a creature that has 0 hit points without needing to make a Wisdom (Medicine) check. The vest also has three charges that renew at dawn. If you are proficient in the Medicine skill, you can use your action and expend a charge to instead restore 1d4+1 hit points to one creature within 5 feet.
