Alignment. Evolutionaries are manifestations of science and progress. They are largely pragmatic and curious, valuing ordered thinking and discovery over moral considerations. Most evolutionaries are neutral or lawful neutral.

Rarity. Legendary. Few evolutionaries venture to the material world.

Size. An evolutionary is tall, over 6 feet, and lithe. Your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.

Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness within the same range as if it were dim light. Absent even dim light, this vision is monochromatic.

Animal Friend. You have proficiency in the Animal Handling skill. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast animal friendship as a 1st-level spell once per day without material components. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this spell.

Heritage (Celestial). You are humanoid, but you are considered to be a celestial whenever it is detrimental for you.

Jumper. Double the distance you can jump.

Naturalist. You have proficiency in the Nature and Survival skills.

Species Speech. Choose a beast, such as a frog. You can communicate simple ideas to such beasts and to beasts or monstrosities closely related to them.
