Gemini

Geminis are a type of rock elemental given form by magical gems throughout their bodies. Hailing from the Gem Realm, geminis seek to prevent natural disasters that threaten the Gem Realm and the domains of earth. They are always born as sets of male and female twins.

Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.

Age. Geminis emerge into the Gem Realm as adults. They do not age.

Alignment. Every gemini is a heroic being who faces down threats to those unable to defend themselves. They are honorable, loyal, and noble, but willing to break the rules to accomplish a righteous task. Geminis tend to be neutral good.

Rarity. Rare.

Size. Each gemini resembles a stout human, weighing five times what a human the same height might weigh. Your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. Wearing heavy armor doesn’t reduce this speed.

Gemstone Hardness. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to halve that damage. Once you do, you can do so again only after you finish a short or long rest.

Living Elemental (Earth). You are a humanoid, but your elemental nature gives you the following traits.

• You are immune to disease, and you have resistance to poison damage. Also, you can add your proficiency bonus to saving throws against being poisoned. If you have proficiency in such a saving throw, your proficiency bonus is doubled against being poisoned.

  You need not eat, drink, or breathe.

• You are considered to be an elemental creature made of crystal whenever it is detrimental for you.

Mighty. Calculate your carrying capacity and the weight you can drag, push, and lift as if you were Large.

Sparkle. While you are in an area of bright light, when a creature that can see you attacks you, you can use your reaction to refract the light in a dazzling display. Your attacker has disadvantage on the attack roll. Once you use this ability, you can do so again only after you finish a short or long rest.

Languages. You speak, read, and write Common and Elemental. Many geminis also know Dwarvish.
