Orc

Orcs are warlike and eager to prove their strength, which often leads to conflict. Many regard them as brutes, though they are intensely loyal to their companions. They were created illegally by genetically engineering goblins a thousand years ago.

Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score, your Constitution score, and one other ability score of your choice each increase by 1.

Age. Although ores mature as humans do, they live a decade or so less.

Alignment. Orcs value honor and a militaristic hierarchy in which each has a place. They are implacable in war, eager to prove themselves strong, and quick to anger but rarely cruel. Orcs are lawful neutral or lawful evil.

Rarity. Common.

Size. Orcs have the build of burly humans. Your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness within the same range as if it were dim light. Absent even dim light, this vision is monochromatic.

Menacing. You have proficiency in the Intimidation skill.

Relentless. When an effect would put you to sleep or force you to behave in a way you wouldn’t normally behave, you can act normally until the end of your next turn before succumbing to the effect. Also, when you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you drop to 1 hit point instead. You regain the use of this feature when you finish a long rest.

Warrior Training. You have proficiency with one simple or martial weapon and with light armor.

Languages. You speak, read, and write Common and Orc.
