You choose a point on a surface within range and magically draw an anchor-like symbol on it. While within range of this point, you can use your action to teleport to it. If the space is occupied, you appear in the nearest unoccupied space within 15 feet. If there is no such available space, the spell fails.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the spell’s range increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 3rd.
