2nd-level enchantment

Casting Time:1 action
Range:30 feet
Duration:Concentration, up to 1 minute
Classes: cleric, paladin

Your stern rebuke causes the target to cower in terror and regret. If the target succeeds on a Wisdom saving throw, it is frightened for 1 round and the spell ends for it. If it fails its saving throw, it takes 1d6 psychic damage and 1d6 thunder damage and is incapacitated as it does nothing but pleads for mercy. At the end of each of its turns, the target can attempt a new saving throw. The spell has no effect on creatures with Intelligence 4 or less or that do not have a language, but creatures that worship the same deity as you have disadvantage on their saving throw.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can affect 1 additional creature for each slot level above 2nd.
