This spell functions as fog cloud, but mist you create is suffused with bright light equivalent to daylight. Any creature that begins its turn in its area of effect must make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute. A blinded creature can attempt a new saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the condition.
