You create an amorphous cloud of tangible, inky blackness 20 feet in radius that completely blocks normal vision and darkvision. In addition, the creeping shadow swallows all sound within it, muffling speech and affecting the entire area as silence.

As a bonus action, you can move the cloud up to 20 feet in any direction. It lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
