You complete the spell and give a call of encouragement to your allies. All allies in the radius may make a saving throw against an ongoing enchantment spell (with the exception of the Charmed or Dominated conditions) or the Frightened condition. If they succeed on this secondary saving throw, they are treated as having passed the initial save. If the effect to be ended is the Demoralized condition, they have advantage on this saving throw.
